Polymer Coolants for Spray Quenching

Polymer coolant of the “modified PAG” type with a significantly milder cooling effect and is therefore also used for materials that are particularly sensitive to cracking and for the geometry of components. The advantage of this agent is that it can be used with a significantly lower concentration compared to commonly used polymer cooling agents.

Standard polymer cooling agent type PAG (polyxyalkylene glycol) for induction and flame hardening, with effective corrosion protection for hardening equipment and hardened materials, as well as high resistance to microorganisms.
