Special cleaners for use in hardening plants

Neutral cleaner for special cleaning before and after heat treatment. Especially designed for cleaning before carburizing, nitriding and other diffusion and coating processes. The products do not leave any residue on the surface of the workpieces that would impede diffusion.

Alkaline cleaners for cleaning structural components before and after heat treatment. Especially designed for cleaning strongly adhering contaminants before heat treatment. This type of cleaner does not contain halogen or aromatic hydrocarbons. Very good cleaning results, good corrosion protection, the product foams slightly.

Alkaline cleaner for dephosphorizing and removing stubborn residues. Designed for cleaning of residues from drawing and anti-corrosion agents of all kinds, as well as for cleaning chip-machined and chipless components.

Efficient, neutral cleaners, also for use at low temperatures. Especially designed for spray cleaning processes prior to heat treatment. Can also be used especially at high temperatures.

Salt-free, neutral cleaning agents for cleaning individual components before and after heat treatment. The products do not leave any residues on the surface of the workpieces that would impede diffusion, have very good cleaning properties and spontaneous demulsifying action combined with effective corrosion protection. Both cleaners guarantee a long and comparable service life.

Powerful, salt-free, special cleaner for single-stage and multi-stage cleaning. Designed for cleaning structural elements before nitriding and after heat treatment.

Highly efficient cold cleaner based on modified alcohols. Designed to clean impurities from oils, greases, dust as well as sticky residues. Can be used for cleaning components before and after heat treatment and is designed for immersion, spray and ultrasonic cleaning in closed equipment. Used by many well-known device manufacturers.

Isoparaffin and dearomatized hydrocarbons cleaner for immersion, spray and ultrasonic cleaning in single and multi-chamber equipment. Used by many well-known device manufacturers. Trouble-free degreasing of all component surfaces (especially steel and non-ferrous metal surfaces) before and after heat treatment.

Anti-corrosion preservatives

Barium-free, odourless, water-displacing fluid with improved anti-corrosion properties. Leaves a very thin, oily film.

Oil concentrate for blackening hardened components after tempering. By cooling the parts after tempering in Barium free water-displacing fluid emulsion, an even black colour and effective corrosion protection in the warehouse will be achieved.

Anti-corrosive protective oil for interim storage of components, etc. after induction hardening. Solvent-free, has a particularly high performance and has a thin, oily film.

Anti-corrosive protective oil for long-term maintenance and transport with very good creep properties and excellent water displacement properties; It produces a particularly even, waxy layer.

Forging and Stamping Oil

Our various types of Forging and Stamping Oil are as follow:

Cutting oil full synthetic, easily biodegradable according to OECD 301 B, excellent for minimal lubrication

Cold extrusion oil for high requirements such as very deep extrusion operations, very long reductions of high-alloy steels, application: priming lubrication and spray equipment.

Wrought oil for demanding volumetric forming of low/high-alloy steels, for potting lubrication and for sprayers, high-performance AW/EP additives, long tool life

A concentrate of the active ingredient in the form of a paste, an auxiliary agent for the most difficult forming processes in cold working, it can also be used as a drawing paste in pre-drawing equipment during cold drawing of upset wires

Cold extrusion oil for easy to medium-difficult forming processes in single- and multi-stage extrusions, e.g. for the production of internal and external hexagon bolts
